The database administrator (OBA) administers, develops, maintains and implements the policies and procedures necessary to ensure the security and integrity of the corporate security database applications. The OBA is responsible for the maintenance and development of the majority (-90%) of Corporate Security's applications.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Implementation of data models
• Database design
• Database accessibility
• Performance issues
• Capacity issues
• Data replication
• Table Maintenance
• Daily administration to the Ccure access control system.

Qualifications

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
  • Demonstrate a stable work history
  • Pass an extensive background screening which includes, but is not limited to, criminal background checks (local, state and federal), drug test, aptitude tests, skills assessment, interviews, and personality profile (behavioral assessment)
• Provide documented history of:
  • Research ability, to provide technical solutions and troubleshooting support
  • Interpret and extrapolate on client's needs
  • Demonstrable experience in technical security applications specifically, security server administration, C-Cure systems, Access-Control applications, and other associated applications/processes?
Education

Candidates must meet the following educational requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Programming, IT, Data Base Administration or related field and at least 3 years’ experience with SQL and Visual Basic
  • Associate's degree in Computer Science,, Programming, IT, Data Base Administration, at least 6 years’ experience with SQL and Visual Basic
