We have positions open in the following city:

Longmont – Security Specialist FT $19.00

Security Specialist - Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Provides access control to the facility, including badge and package inspections
• Serves as the first point of contact for all visitors and employees that enter the building
• Performs light clerical duties
• Patrols assigned site on foot or vehicle
• Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site
• Provides Security and safety at an assigned client site
• Write detailed narrative reports and maintain daily activity reports (DARs)
• Enforce rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and respond to emergency situations requiring security assistance
• Regulate and monitor building systems through surveillance

Qualifications

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
• Demonstrate a stable work history
• Pass an extensive background screening which includes, but is not limited to, criminal background checks (local, state and federal), drug test, aptitude tests, skills assessment, interviews, and personality profile (behavioral assessment)
• Previous contract security service, military or law enforcement experience is desirable.
  

Education

Candidates must meet the following educational requirements:

• Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
