A growing company is looking for team oriented financial analyst who can assist with added responsibilities of our accounting and finance department.
The Financial Analyst is a key member of our accounting and finance team reporting directly to the controller. The candidate will oversee projects involving many functional areas within the department and serve as a special assistant to the controller. The majority of the candidate’s time will involve the implementation of special projects. In addition, the candidate will prepare financial analysis for senior management and field operations, identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and more efficient use of technology, and ensure regulatory compliance for many aspects of the department.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-4 years of accounting, budgeting or financial analysis work experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Superior, demonstrated use of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Energetic, organized, disciplined, self-starter
- Comfortable managing many projects simultaneously
- Someone who shows up ready to work and with a smile every day
Candidates must meet the following educational requirements:
- The candidate should possess a degree in accounting, business, economics or finance and have 2-4 years of experience in an accounting, budgeting or finance role.
