Cook / Driver
25-40 hours per week Monday-Friday 6am-6pm
Join our talented team, where we inspire children to be lifelong learners!
Our Cook / Drivers…
- Create home-style, nutritional meal plans in the boundaries of their school's budget, as well as state and federal requirements.
- Transport children using company vehicles.
- Prepare and serve nutritious and delicious meals and snacks for children and staff.
- Have a strong understanding of all traffic laws.
- Maintain inventory of food/supplies and maintenance logs for company vehicles.
- Have on-going training opportunities.
- Are rewarded with hugs from children and praise form parents every day!
- Are caring, compassionate and love what they do!
We are most interested in talking to applicants that have:
- Work experience in cooking/food preparation for multiple individuals, preferably in a childcare facility
- Work experience in a transportation field, preferably in a childcare facility
- Flexibility as to the hours and schedule of work
- Clean driving record for last 5 years; no special license/enforcement required
- A High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years of age
