Restaurant Team Member-ALL SHIFTS-Cajun Field - Part-time

JRI Management currently manages over 45 Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburger franchises across the country.  If you are looking to be a part of a team with Hard Working, Hospitality Driven, Enthusiastic team members, we are looking for YOU! Previous experience is a bonus, but not required. We have positions for front-of-house and back-of-house team members.

Requirements:

• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining a positive attitude
• Must be able to work up to a 10 hour shift while standing or walking to perform essential functions
• Will be required to lift up to 75 pounds during the course of a workday
• Effective communication skills; basic math and reading skills
• Will require full range of physical motion such as: bending, reaching, occasional use of a ladder etc.
