We are currently seeking a part time self motivated Maintenance Technician. Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Repair of fixtures and equipment
- Perform Routine Buildings & Grounds Maintenance
- Handle maintenance emergencies
- Perform Cleaning Duties
- Request special janitorial services
- Stays informed of changes to space assignments in the facilities
- Communicate with Administration about any work that requires outside expert assistance
- Work with tools and supplies necessary to complete projects
- Maintain corporate safety procedures at all times and comply with access control regulations
- Other duties as requested by Management
