We are looking for a full time Scheduling Coordinator for our growing homecare business in Southern Ocean County. The position would be Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm. One night a week on call rotation. 

Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for scheduling new cases as well as covering shifts in case of employee absence. Must be compassionate, have patience and multi task. Successful candidates will possess excellent organizational skills, strong work ethic, dependable and a team player!

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating clients requests with caregivers availability
  • Setting up client charts
  • Answering phones
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Experience in scheduling preferred
  • Familiar with Clearcare a Plus!
  • Ability to work with computers
  • Effective written and verbal communication
