Position Summary:

This role will serve as an Associate Support Representiative for Kroger Associates by providing assistance with Human Resource transactions. This individual will be responsible for fielding incoming calls that come through the toll free Kroger Support line. Individual will work in an ExpressHR, Kermit and Call tracking on a daily basis.

Essential Job Functions:

§ Receive inbound calls and/or make outbound calls to Support Kroger Associates in relation to ExpressHR, ExpressHR 2, Non- Medical Leave of Absence, payroll related calls, and any other calls related to Associates information.

§ Provide professional, prompt and courteous Support by listening to Associates and responding in a way that exceeds their expectations.

§ Ability to Maintain and sustain established Call Center metrics.

§ Keep Managers and Supervisors updated on Associate concerns and trends in System complaints.

§ Frequent contact with ExpressHR, Kermit and call tracking Systems.

§ Proactively provide on-going follow up on issues for Associates to ensure that all problems or concerns have been addressed to the Associate's satisfaction.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

§ Must have a high school diploma or GED.

§ Ability to type 35-40 wpm.

§ Advanced computer skills.

§ Must be able to work with tact and discretion and Maintain a high level of confidentiality.

§ Excellent written and oral communication skills.

§ Must be able to communicate with all levels including upper management.

§ Self-motivated and able to perform job responsibilities with a minimum of supervision.

§ Ability to recognize ReSearch and resolve various errors that may occur. Independent judgment and sound decision making skills required.

§ Must be highly organized and detail oriented and able to function effectively in a multi-task environment.

§ Must be available to work different shifts as well as rotating weekends per the needs of the Business. This may include working weekends as part of a standard work schedule.

Desired Previous Job Experience

• Human Resource exposure preferred
• Exposure to various Software Programs and mainframe a plus.
