Summary
Replenishment Manager
The Replenishment Manager is responsible for aligning and developing resources to achieve objectives and financial results for one or more clients. This position develops methods to deliver financial plan(s) for client(s) in collaboration with business partners (for example: Planning, Buying, Logistics departments and suppliers). The Replenishment Manager will direct and develop forecast parameters and modifications for client(s). They will also direct and optimize supply chain execution for client(s) delivering results that positively impacts the business through proactive planning, analysis and drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects for Replenishment.

Replenishment Manager
The Replenishment Manager is responsible for aligning and developing resources to achieve objectives and financial results for one or more clients. This position develops methods to deliver financial plan(s) for client(s) in collaboration with business partners (for example: Planning, Buying, Logistics departments and suppliers). The Replenishment Manager will direct and develop forecast parameters and modifications for client(s). They will also direct and optimize supply chain execution for client(s) delivering results that positively impacts the business through proactive planning, analysis and drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects for Replenishment.
Responsibilities
- Works directly with the client and client’s Replenishment staff to manage instock levels, Store/DC inventory, forecasts, MABD/Fill Rate compliance, etc.
- Educates suppliers, peers, and other business partners on replenishment expectations and best practices.
- Additional responsibilities include: seasonal profile analysis, demand planning, policy recommendations, order recommendations, and forecast recommendations.
- Providing the client with Weekly Reporting, as well as identifying concerns with root cause analysis recommendations for correcting replenishment concernsAssists the client, ASM management and other designated staff with ad hoc requests and projects such as: client form completion/compliance, new item setup, lead time audits, meeting preparations, etc.
- Assists in the development of tools and processes to meet changing business needs within the industry.
- (Required): High School Diploma or GED
- (Preferred): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Field of Study/Area of Experience: Business Management / Retail
- 1-3 years of experience in Order Management, Supply Chain / Logistics, Replenishment
