Coordinate uniform distribution and returns, inventory control, and shipping/receiving of new and used uniforms. This will include overseeing various employees sent to help with the uniform processes from other departments. Assist Beaver Creek General Warehouse Management with the receipt and delivery of operational supplies for Eagle County operations including maintaining accurate receipt and delivery records, performing inventory control functions, and shipping of packages. Work schedule will depend on the uniform issue - return process. Holidays, weekends, and overtime are all possible.
Essential responsibilities:
This is a dual position with emphasis on the uniform process but cross trained as a warehouse clerk
Distribution and collection of mountain uniforms
Inventory control of uniforms including various uniform system reports
Overseeing our seasonal help with the uniform process
Accurately receive and record both internal (stock) items and external product for customers.
Filling orders and issuing stock items to our internal customers
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's License
Strong knowledge in desktop computer systems and applications.
Shipping /receiving and inventory management experience preferred
Read, write, and speak English
Must have the interpersonal skills to be able to communicate in an effective and positive way with your own employees, guests, and employees from other departments.
Forklift operating and mountain driving skills a plus
Be able to lift up to 100 pounds.
