Commercial printing and marketing company seeks a dependable and detail capable person to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. We need a person with technical knowledge of printing processes, who is able to prepare, monitor and adjust project plans and perform excellent customer service. Prospective Customer Service Representative must have good computer skills, must be a creative process thinker to offer solutions to customer needs and must be able to communicate effectively with customers, sales personnel and production staff. Salary is commensurate with experience, great benefits and an excellent working environment. This candidate must be able to anticipate issues and prioritize customer needs quickly to be an effective Customer Service Representative in the ever-changing printing industry.
