Great opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Leader to work with strong, growing and stable Airline Catering Company in the South Bay Area. This role is open due to tremendous growth and expanded opportunity. Looking for a strong leader with vision and a solid background in improving operational performance accross the organization. Will be tackling improvement of many areas to include: dish room, equipment assembly, food assembly, warehousing, food supply and delivery. Will implement 5S training, faciliate improvement events/meetings and improve standards of training. Visible role and will partner with Senior Leaders in the organization.

Requirements

Experience with food manufacturing, airline catering or similar industry
Experience developing SOP
3+ years experience management/supervisor role
Able to work in a 24/7 facility and flexible with hours/shifts to accommodate duties
Degree desired
Bilingual Spanish a plus
Software to include Word/Excel/Outlook
Must be able to travel locally throughout the day
Must be able to work in a cold environment and stand 50% of day.
