Job Description:
1st Machine Operator - Are you looking to get into an Automotive Manufacturing Company and with opportunity for overtime? A LEADING manufacturing company in Elida OH is looking to hire Machine Operators:
1st shift positions available - pay rates between $12.00 as a temp when hired fulltime No top out pay plus a full benefit package!! - Love IT!!
1st shift -7:00AM - 5:30PM with straight 6 on Friday
The ideal Machine Operator candidate will have knowledge to utilize production process equipment in accordance to the specified work instructions and procedures. The candidate will be responsible for the respective equipment, training, and tools he/she is assigned. The employee must have a minimum of 2 years Machine Operator experience and have EXCELLANT attendance. No misses in the first 90 days.
This is a 520 hr temp to hire based upon attendance and performance.
The essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assists in the loading of steel coils.
Removes scrap and applies lubricants as needed.
Conducts the visual and dimensional checks of parts for defects.
Maintains a constant watch of die and stock to prevent mis-hits and jamming of parts.
Moves both full and empty bins/racks/containers to and from presses as needed.
Participates, recommends, initiates solutions through team concept.
