Lot Attendant

We are looking for a motivated individual who possess a great attitude is willing to work with a team. We are seeking someone who is a self-starter who is motivated and energetic and willing to lend a hand where needed. Needs to be well organized, a great attitude, and a willingness to learn. Prior employment in a dealership setting is a plus.

Job Requirements
Essential Duties:

- Keep lot neat and orderly
- Move equipment as directed
- Assist all departments when needed
- Wash equipment and vehicles as needed
- Unload and load freight trucks as needed
- Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion
- Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
- Creates a positive work environment
- Works with Division Manager on all operational metrics
- Works with Store Manager on day to day operations
- Perform other duties as assigned

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
- Valid driver's license required
- Must have a clean driving record
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Hardworking and a team player with a great attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to keep a neat and clean customer focused appearance
- Beginning to intermediate computer skills

Additional Information
Work Environment:

Generally indoor/outdoor work environment with variable weather conditions.

Physical demands:

- Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds and more with assistance.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time while assisting customer needs.
- Ability to operate all rental equipment
- Ability to operate a forklift for loading and unloading rental equipment
- Ability to do maintenance service on all rental equipment.
