Line cooks will be trained to handle any role within the restaurant from shaping dough to running the Point of Sale system.
ROLES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer orders
- Open/close the store
- Prepare food and ingredients
- Keep the facility clean
- Work the POS system
- Have the ability to be cross-trained in all areas of the restaurant – including food line handling, kitchen, cashier, carryout and delivery
