- Create accurate estimates from photos and other information provided
- Work with centers and insurance partners to expedite claim resolution and repairs
- Ensure proper file documentation and timely upload of all estimates
- Outline and adhere to escalation process for any instances that cannot be resolved
- Collaborate with centers, call center and leadership team to refine processes and improve outcomes
- Comply with all Caliber safety rules, guidelines and standards
- Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring a world class customer service experience
