Field Court Researcher / Investigator - Full-time

Description Mohr Information Services, LLC provides “hands on" research and document retrieval services.  Our clients range from law firms, lending institutions, and companies requiring public information.  Our team of experienced title examiners, paralegals, and court researchers provide these clients with accurate information within strict deadlines. Our growing organization is currently looking for experienced Field Court Researchers/Investigators in the Trenton, Cumberland, Atlantic, and Ocean County, New Jersey area.  This position will be responsible for researching and collecting specific criminal, civil, property and corporate documents via the internet and local courthouses/Government offices in the New Jersey area. **COLLEGE STUDENTS ARE WELCOME TO APPLY!**  RequirementsExperience in criminal research, title abstracting, and corporate document retrieval is required.Working knowledge of the court system in New Jersey as it relates to Landlord/Tenant investigations is a plus. Understanding of the judgment and garnishment process preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Ability to gather and analyze information skillfully and the ability to produce work of the highest quality level.Licensed Investigator preferred. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines. Must be able to work independently, multi-task and solve problems. Strong computer and typing skills a must.Mileage and parking will be reimbursed.   NO FAX OR PHONE CALLS PLEASE.
