Grounds Keeper
We’re seeking a skilled and hardworking candidate to fill the position of Grounds Keeper for a beautiful Apartment Home community. This position will assist with general tasks, including but not limited to emptying trash, picking up trash, changing out light bulbs, cleaning common areas, pressure washing and leaf blowing. The Grounds Keeper will be a vital part of our team ensuring our beautiful apartment home grounds remain beautiful and free of debris and litter. Great pay $10 an hour.

Position offers:
- Opportunity to work independently outdoor and indoor areas.
- 40 hour work week
- Monday - Friday schedule
Requirements:
- Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Experience grounds keeping preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and manage a project list
