Express Employment Professionals-Rock Hill, SC is recruiting for an EXPERIENCED Property Manager with HOA experience for an established York County SC property management company. The duties for this position include (but are not limited) to the following :
* Receive incoming calls
* Coordinate maintenance work orders
* Receive payments from clients
* Conduct key checkouts
* Accept rental applications
* Assist with account issues
* Fax, file, print, & copy items ( and other general administrative duties as required)
Position Requirements:
* Valid driver's license
* South Carolina Property Management license
* Clean criminal background
* Great customer service skills
* Ability to operate multi line phone system, copy/fax machine
* Computer skills: Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook
* Willingness to work with others and ability to work alone
* Punctuality a must!
