You are applying with Express Employment for an immediate opening as a Human Resources Information System Specialist in East Los Angeles, CA at one of the top 100 best hospitals in the country.  The HRIS Specialist records data for each employee and assist with position control and web-based access. Processes, verifies, and maintains documentation relating to HRIS. Assist with special projects and provides administrative support for the HR system.

The work schedule is Mon-Fri. 8:00am-5:00pm or 7:00am – 3:30pm.

Duration: 3-4 month assignment.

Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour and benefits package!

Human Resources Data Entry Specialist (East Los Angeles, CA) Job Description:

• Maintains database and performance management system. Maintains records of employee data.
• Compiles departmental licensing and certification compliance reports.
• Assists with training of department office duties.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
• Audits compensation data to ensure accuracy of input according to compensation changes.
• Makes viable recommendations for changes within the wage structure and salary grades, which are reflective of community trends.

Human Resources Data Entry Specialist (East Los Angeles, CA) Job Requirements:

• High School Education
• Previous HR experience preferred.
• Data Entry experience
• Previous working experience using AS400 and Microsoft Excel
