Located in East Los Angeles, CA
You are applying with Express Employment for an immediate opening as a Human Resources Associate in East Los Angeles, CA at one of the top 100 best hospitals in the country. The HR Associate provides support and assistance to the Human Resources department by performing various secretarial duties. Assists maintaining hospital badge and door access system, responds to employment verification requests and provides employee assistance as needed. Assist customers, provides employee with information in regards to benefits, maintains processes, data entry, and etc.
The work schedule is Mon-Fri. 8:00am-5:00pm or 7:00am – 3:30pm.
Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour and benefits package!
Human Resources Associate (East Los Angeles, CA) Job Description:
- Assists with the maintaining employee records, processing name changes, address changes, etc. Assists in gathering information needed for various requested reports.
- Welcomes and assists visitors to the department. Distributes badges and necessary paperwork.
- Assists recruiter with scheduling appointments, orientation, and sending applicants necessary forms. Compiles general orientation, benefits and new hire and other packets.
- Assists with maintaining job descriptions and information systems.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
