$10.00 /hr.  Opening for 1st and 2nd shifts, with growing online toy retailer. N. Shelby County

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Solid keyboard/computer skills, master of the Ctrl-C & Ctrl-V (copy-paste)
  • Good written communication skills (all customer contact via email)
  • Able to repetitively respond to large number of e-mails daily - 50-60 emails daily (up to 300+ during Christmas shopping season).
  • Detail oriented & quick to learn – will take notes immediately when training!
  • MUST have experience with MS Excel - basic level is fine (will not be creating spreadsheets)
  • Can work at pace & stay on task
  • Able to work one of the following shifts:
      Mon-Fri, 3 – 11 PM (rotating weekends)
      Mon-Fri, 12 – 8 PM (rotating weekends)
      Mon-Fri, 7 AM – 3:30 PM (rotating weekends)
  • ** Able to work all 5 days during Thanksgiving (T-giving, Black Fri, that Sat/Sun, and Cyber Monday) - all team members will work (will have a shift T-giving; everyone will be able to enjoy meal at home with family)
  • Dependable transportation; good work ethic; punctual
  • Able to pass drug screen; background check

Will monitor orders on 2-3 computer screens, and assist customers with questions (email), resolve order problems between customer & retailer; requires researching problem (what did WE order; where is problem). Most responses already created/automated – A LOT of copy-paste in emails
