Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking motivated and career-oriented candidates to fill multiple Regional Repair Technician positions. These are direct-hire opportunities with a premiere regional aerospace company.
The typical schedule is Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. – 4 p.m., with one weekend shift required each month. This is a salaried position that will pay $30,000-$40,000 a year, depending on experience.
Essential Job Functions:
- Repairing damaged aircraft windows
- Removing and installing new windshields
- Evaluating supply usage and ordering supplies as needed
- Providing customer service to the existing clientele
Required qualifications
- Ability to use various measuring devices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints AND technical manuals
- Ability and willingness to travel for 10% of the job
Preferred qualifications:
- 1 year of orbital sanding, wood sanding, and/or auto body experience
- 1-2 years of sales experience
- Previous aircraft experience
- A&P license or AMT certificate preferred not required
