Assembly

Staffmark is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team. We are hiring for all shifts to work on a fast paced assembly lines at a global metals manufacturer in Chilton, WI. Duties include a variety of tasks including, but not limited to: performing assembly, testing, problem solving and quality control. The ultimate goal of an Assembler is to achieve excellence in all facets of the role; providing the highest quality of service safely.
Responsibilities:

Perform duties on the production line including product transfer, parts assembly and quality inspections
Run entry-level equipment
Perform clean-up activities
Know, understand, and follow all plant safety rules, policies and procedures
Regular and reliable attendance

Skills:

Good eye/hand coordination with fine motor skills
Basic math & reading skills
Possess good problem solving, troubleshooting and safety skills
Possess a high level of initiative and personal accountability
Ability to perform in a fast paced work environment
Attention to detail and consistent work patterns

Pay starts at $12.37 per hour (plus $.35 shift premium for 2nd shift; $.45 for 3rd shift)
