Our Global Translation Services department provides translation services to help our clients' business meet their communication challenges and support their global strategies.
The Sales Administrator role provides advanced administrative and sales support for a Business Development Director and Client Relationship Leader to ensure that service and client needs are met.
Required Skills
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Business Development Director with estimates, invoices, quotes
Assist in client facing communication
Assist team with organizational tasks and special projects as assigned
Help compile reports, update internal trackers, and send weekly report reminders to team
Prepare written communications such as letters, memos, e-mail, etc.
Review, tabulate and enter data into a variety of systems.
Handle incoming calls, take messages and promote effective interoffice communication.
Promote the concept of working together as a team to build continual improvement with the Company and departments.
Schedule appointments & coordinate meetings/events.
May act as a liaison for Sales Director in their absence.
Assist team with travel arrangements. (i.e.: hotel accommodations, air travel, car rental, etc.)
Assist with client invoicing
Ensure all data entry is correct and all databases are always up to date
Work with various stakeholders to ensure completeness of all invoicing and various tasks
Maintain invoice log, track remittance advices, respond to cash inquiries on receipts
Coordinate with Client Procurement and/or Client personnel to resolve PO issues such as deficits, invalid numbers, multiple PO for project
Prepare KPI measurements related to invoicing and collections
Review Invoice Run Files from Billing Team and verify purchase order, provide entities, contact and currency information

Required Experience:
College degree or equivalent with 2-3 years of relevant administrative/operational support in office environment directly related to the duties of the job, OR demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through other work experience
