Here at Badger Land Car Wash Equipment we are looking for an Entry Level Car Wash Installation Technician with the opportunity to grow into a Lead position with hard work and dedication. This position requires the employee to travel Monday through Friday, including overnight stays, within Wisconsin, Michigan and Illinois.

Position Requirements:

  • Knowledge on use of basic construction tools; i.e. power tools, tape measurer, levels, etc.
  • Knowledge of basic math skills
  • Knowledge of basic mechanical skills/mechanical assembly
  • Ability to listen to and take direction/instruction
  • Ability to handle constructive criticism
  • Willingness to learn basic plumbing
  • Willingness to learn basic electromechanical
  • Stick welding/fabricating experience preferred

  • Must be seriously motivated and looking for a long-term career opportunity
  • Must have good driving record, valid drivers' license
  • Must be customer service oriented and be able to work with people
  • Must be a team player and self-starter.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as wiring schematics and blue prints is a plus
  • Must have good basic computer skills
  • Should possess good time management and follow-up skills
  • Warehouse Maintenance and Construction experience a plus
