We currently have multiple openings at our corporate office in Toledo, Ohio, for Seasonal Point-of-Sale Help Desk Associates. This position pays $12 per hour.

As a Help Desk Associate, you will...

  • Provide phone support to over 600 retail locations
  • Offer technical support for both hardware and software issues
  • Run a PC-based cash register system in the US and Canada

Candidates must have strong communication and troubleshooting skills and be comfortable speaking on the phone. Preferred candidates will have prior work experience in a help desk or call center environment.

The ideal candidate will also possess the following skills, knowledge and experience:

  • General PC and Network trouble shooting skills.
  • Previous experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems and receipt printers.
  • Knowledge of the retail store atmosphere including strong customer relations skills.
  • High School diploma required, individuals who are in pursuit of an associates or bachelor’s degree in a technical related field are preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior call center/help desk experience.
  • Prior experience with 3G cellular connection cards is preferred.
  • Prior experience with basic networking and routers is preferred.
  • Prior experience with SQL server is helpful.

This is a seasonal position running from mid-October thru Dec. 31st, 2017.
