Die Press/Machine Operators

Skilled production employees needed for Southside Indianapolis manufacturing facility.  Express Employment Professionals is looking for candidates to fill a Die Press Operator opening with a growing company that fabricates foam components for the automotive, appliance, medical and military industries.  If you enjoy manufacturing and have previous production experience working with presses this is a great opportunity to work for a phenomenal company that offers outstanding benefits and advancement. 

The Die Press Operator opening is 1st shift position that pays $12-13/hr to start.  Hours required to work 7am-3:30pm Mon - Fri schedule.  Some over time required on occasion, but not much. 

Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

* Set Steel rule die in press and adjust cut depth.

* Set raw material in place for cutting.

* Test cut material and inspect

* Operate die press

* Data entry

* Labeling and organizing

* Performing related labor work: clean up, set up, trash, etc.

Candidates that would meet qualifications for this company/position will require:

* Previous production or Press/Die experience. (Minimum 1 year)

* High School Diploma or GED

* Must be able to use computer for data entry, read tape measure/ruler, calipers, & will posses good math skills.

* Must be detail oriented and have ability to be a team player.

* Excellent attendance and stable/consistent work history is required.

* Must be able to pass drug screen and company background screen before hire.
