We are working with a Southside manufacturer of rubber belts and hoses for the pharmaceutical, military and several other industries.  This company is looking to hire a Rubber Fabricator to their first shift team. Pay starts at $12/hr.

The fabricator will be responsible for producing rubber belts and hoses to customer specifications from bulk materials. The position will involve following a work order, measuring and cutting rubber materials by hand or with a machine, attaching parts to hoses, performing quality control checks on products using calipers and preparing product for shipment.

The ideal candidate will have strong math and ruler skills, fabrication experience, excellent attention to detail, experience with calipers and the ability to work independently to get the job done.

This is a 1st shift, evaluation to hire position with room for advancement. Starting pay is $12/hr. Benefits offered upon hire including health insurance, vacation and 401k.
