A successful company in Champaign, Il is actively seeking to fill fabrication positions. The company promotes a team environment and this position provides an excellent opportunity for growth. Pay starts at 10-13hr depending upon experience.
Job Duties:
- Responsible for various types of jobs to cut, drill, pinch, grind or otherwise form components following blueprints or other forms of instruction.
- Follow all safety procedures to protect self and others
- Examine work pieces for defects and measure work pieces to ensure conformance with specifications
- Assemble parts as needed
What We Look For:
- Previous manufacturing experience using a punch press, drill press, and band saw
- Ability to decipher blue prints
- Ability to take direction
