Working as a Senior Luxury Vintage Selling Specialist is a great opportunity within our growing business to tell the story of these high end brands.

Our Senior Luxury Selling Specialists are responsible and accountable for managing all operational and financial aspects of this unique retail space in partnership with our vendor, LXR and Co. This position will drive customer service through coaching and monitoring selling behaviors, teaching product knowledge and communicating policies and procedures to achieve department’s sales and profit objectives. You will gain knowledge of high end merchandise which will allow you to build sales and enhance the level of customer service offered to our customers. You will have the opportunity to develop and execute strategies to grow the business and ensure effective execution of retail space activities. This position also allows you to build your team, motivate and develop associates to optimize their selling performance to reflect the brand.

We'll value your:
  • 3-4+ years of retail management or supervisory experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems
  • Ability to demonstrate success in driving sales by leading and motivating a team
  • Strong customer service and selling techniques

Schedules include a variety of day, evening and weekend hours.
