Teriyaki Madness Now Hiring Front of the House positions for (Greenwood Village, Colorado ) Welcome to the MADNESS!! TMAD is a fast growing fresh Asian grill that serves bowls of bold, flavorful food made to order with fresh, natural ingredients. All chicken dishes use fresh (never frozen), 100% all-natural chicken that is marinated and grilled with house-made sauce.

We’re looking for Madness team members that have an outstanding customer-service orientation, take pride in themselves and their work product, have a teamwork focus and would love being a part of a team that works in a fun, upbeat atmosphere.

Madness team members working in the Front of the House will:

  • Provide an outgoing, friendly, informative customer experience for each Madness customer.
  • Manage a cash drawer, credit sales & receipts, process discount coupons or specials.
  • Good basic math skills are required.
  • Take orders to customers.
  • Keep the cashier counter and dining area clean.
  • Maintain stocks of condiments, salads, eating utensils, cups for customer service area.
  • Clean and sanitize the restaurant according to the standards.
  • Be crossed trained at all other positions.

The preferred Madness team member will:

  • Present a friendly, outgoing, positive and customer-oriented attitude and service orientation at all times.
  • Facilitate teamwork and a helpful approach to getting all tasks and assignments handled in a timely, efficient and effective manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, service providers or vendors and other team members at all times. Attentive listening, speaking clearly using appropriate language, terminology, tone and volume while maintaining a respectful and courteous demeanor is required.
  • Present a clean and professional appearance at all times.
  • Work well – or best! – under pressure.
  • Have the ability to follow recipe instructions; complete cleaning, sanitizing and other tasks from established checklists; have a thorough understanding of the menu items; and, display a willingness to cross-train in other positions.
