Citigroup's Retail Risk Data Strategy & Oversight team is focused on the strategic transformation of our business and risk technology platforms and business process re-engineering to improve data quality, strengthen controls and provide direction for an infrastructure that supports strong risk management. The team is also responsible for oversight of data and infrastructure Risk related to Retail Risk and Regulatory processes, and independent assessment of risk related to adoption of new technologies to manage Retail data, analytics and reporting.

The SVP for Retail Risk Data Strategy Oversight - Retail Risk Regulatory |& Portfolio Risk will be lead role responsible for partnering with related Risk GPOs to ensure completion of artifacts. It will be hands on and will require the candidate to also directly create deliverables including process maps, designing UAT, perform UAT etc. in addition to collaborating with and managing delivery from other on-shore and offshore teams.

The candidate(s) will be supporting multiple areas across CCAR, BCBS/239, portfolio risk reviews, modelling and different risk and business process & related infrastructure across consumer credit life cycle.

Job Requirements:

Significant reengineering of platforms, processes and data is needed to meet BCBS commitments and progress towards Strong Risk Management. Scope covers 90 portfolios, 300 Billion in ENR -- across all regions with 350 systems and Data warehouses, 25 global risk platforms and new Finance-Risk common infrastructure. Responsibilities include

* Establishing and validating required standards data in approved data sources and reducing EUCs

* Consuming the approved data for global risk aggregation and reporting

* Successfully migrating consumer business and risk processes to defined target state

Key deliverables include

* Provide analysis and documentation for defining scope and charter. Partner with Business, FRI and Technology to establish project plans. Establish and monitor detailed plans for In-business and Risk activities.

* Provide detailed specifications to Technology for establishing Business Requirements (BRD). Includes calculation and report details, system and report mock-ups and controls test specifications, Review with business and Risk stakeholder for approval.

* Support Technology to define Functional Specifications / Technology Requirements (FRD)

* Document detailed process maps and define necessary process redesign

* Support technology as requested, during Development/Configuration and Systems Integration Testing (SIT)

* Establish and Test Rules/Configuration

* Define detailed test cases and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Coordinate UAT required from GCB staff.

* Partner with technology and establish User Training including training and procedures documentation

* Partner with Business & Technology to execute Production Parallel

* Validate completion of Technology Implementation and Operational Readiness

* Support Post Production Monitoring and Transition to BAU

Knowledge /Experience

The ideal candidate should have significant knowledge of the risk management function, retail banking products, very good organizational skills and a proven track record of project management success

* Candidate should have 15 years of credit risk analysis, consumer risk policy development or consumer risk reporting experience with a minimum of a bachelor's degree

* Available to work flexible hours

* Able to rapidly absorb a lot of information, "connect the dots" and understand implications

* Ability to think strategically and independently must be paired with sound process design and execution

* Culturally sensitive and with a proven ability to effectively work with counterparts globally

* Candidate should have strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills

* Knowledge Citi's data and IT organization and infrastructure a plus

* SAS, SQL and advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint are required
