Established in 2008, Metro Decor has become San Diego's leading store for urban, contemporary, mid century, and custom furniture. 

Our growth has taken place because of our outstanding styles, exceptional values, and hard-working staff. Our store maintains a casual and relaxed atmosphere, which is very refreshing to customers who typically experience uncomfortable hard core commission sales practices elsewhere. As a result, people love us on Yelp, Facebook, and other social media.

We would like to add to our staff at this time as we prepare to grow our business in the coming days. Furniture sales experience is helpful but not necessary, as we are happy to train someone eager to be part of our team.

Punctual Attendance

Able To Work Weekends
Likes To Work As Part Of A Team
Able To Multi Task
Good Basic Math, Handwriting, and Computer Skills
Bilingual Preferred, But Not Necessary


Base pay begins at $11.50 per hour with occasional overtime during the 90-day preliminary period. After 90 days additional monthly bonus pay is awarded depending on team results. Monthly bonuses can be as high as $1500 per month.

Our benefits include vacation pay, partial coverage of medical insurance, and a 401-K plan.
