Assembly - Outdoor Power Equipment - Full-time

Great Northern Equipment Distributing, Inc. is a growing manufacturer and distributor of outdoor power equipment.  We're seeking a full-time assembler at our Rogers, MN location.

Job Description

• Assembles product per specifications using manual and power tools
• Ensures quality and completeness of product during production.
• Operates equipment and tools to aid assembly
• Packs products to minimize damage
• Operates forklift, reach truck, and pallet jack to move product
• Completes required paperwork
• Assists with equipment upkeep
• Maintains a clean and safe work area

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school education or equivalent
• High mechanical aptitude
• At least 1 year of related inventory/assembly experience
• Possess a forklift certification or have the ability to be adequately trained 
• Speak, write, and read English
• Accurately pick orders with alpha-numeric characters 
• Computer skills - use RF scanner, process production orders, email

• Regularly required to use hands to handle objects, talk and hear.

• Regular bending, twisting, stooping, reaching and lifting.
