Customer Service Lead

Customer Service Lead:We are looking for a highly motivated, friendly, customer oriented candidate to fill our position of customer service representative.The candidate should be able to multi task and work independently with little to no supervision. Job Requirements:Cash handling, Point of Sale use, customer interaction, food delivery, cleaning duties, training of customer service representatives, closing paperwork and cash duties, and other tasks as assigned by managers. Must be able to close minimum 3 nights a week and work weekends and holidays.Basic Job Duties:Assisting customers with orders, taking cash and credit payment, preparing and delivering food to customers, use of a fryer to prepare some food, daily cleaning tasks, set up and break down of customer dining area, keeping customer dining area clean and stocked, opening and closing duties, as well as other related tasks.Please apply in person: Rockland's BBQ and Grilling Company 25 South Quaker Lane, Alexandria VAOther positions available: Customer Service Representative, Grill Cook, Food Truck Operator
