Data Entry
Our fast growing company in Buffalo Grove is looking to hire a self-motivated, organized Data Entry Clerk! This is a Temp to Hire position working 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday paying $14/hour based on skills and experience.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Process efficiently and accurately all customer orders, invoices and credit memos
- Interact with customers, salespeople and various departments to promptly resolve discrepancies including pricing, delivery and other issues
- Process freight claims
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Data entry skills are essential with the ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute with a 95% accuracy rate.
- Proficient with Excel and Word
- Strong verbal and written skills with a customer service attitude
- Well organized with a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks under pressure
- NetSuite software, UPS WorldShip and distribution company experience a plus
