Office Manager– Direct Hire
Job Summary: Our client continues to grow and needs to hire an Office Manager to support their Executive Team:
- Assist managers with tasks associated physical operation of the Indianapolis office:
- Communicate with building maintenance
- Coordinate / escort vendors that come in to do maintenance on equipment or provide onsite service (ex. Copy machine, postage machine, card printers)
- Organize / maintain key and security badges
- Work with HR and IT to help new employees get set-up and oriented with company policies and practices
Location: Indianapolis, IN Downtown
Position Type: Direct Hire
Pay: $40,000 - $46,000 / yearly
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 year experience in a supervisory or management role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Typing 30-40 wpm
- High School; Bachelor’s degree preferred
