Use your fabrication and machine/mechanical skills and experience working for an immediate Fabrication Technician opening with a stable and highly desired Springfield-area manufacturer! If you enjoy working with your hands and are more comfortable with steel toed boots and blueprints than boardrooms and ties this Fabrication Technician job could be for you. The Fabrication Technician will be running machines and making parts from stainless steel. Ideal candidates will have experience producing quality materials while making quotas. This is a long term role, with the opportunity to be a part of the company’s core staff!

 Fabrication Technician Job Requirements:

• GED or HS Diploma obtained
• Mechanical inclination
• Ability to lift 20 lbs
• Experience using grinders, polishers, automatic welders
• Proven consistency in maintaining a high level of performance in previous jobs
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Capability to read blueprints
