P URPOSE
This position is responsible for ensuring accuracy of SKU attributes in the company's enterprise system. This individual will partner with multiple areas of the business and will be the subject matter expert (SME) of merchandised SKUs and vendor data. The Data Management Coordinator will collaborate with the Buying and F&D's supplier communities to gather, evaluate, upload and manage all essential SKU and vendor information. This position also requires frequent interaction with the Supply Chain and Account Payable departments along with Store Operations.
E SSENTIAL F UNCTIONS
M INIMUM E L IGIBILITY R E Q UIREMENTS

E SSENTIAL F UNCTIONS
- Serve as the central data collection contact for all merchandising product and vendor set- up
- Ensure all data elements are obtained and work with applicable teams to ensure accuracy and thoroughness before uploading into enterprise system
- Responsible for management of vendors, Buyers and/or Merchandising Coordinators to obtain and resolve data issues; must be able to hold these parties to reasonable timeframes to obtain required information
- Develop metrics and produce reporting of data accuracy and compliance levels
- Perform system testing and evaluate performance of data process implementation
- Develop new process and procedures to improve exist and collection of new data
- Assist in establishing a foundation for the company to migrate to the Product Information Management (PIM) system
M INIMUM E L IGIBILITY R E Q UIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5 years of progressive work-related experience in multiple areas of business retail
- Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel)
- Must be able to work effectively with various levels of management and possess strong relationship building skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Must possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
