Maintenance Duties:
- leaf blowing
- minor snow removal from walkways
- power washing
- Home Repairs
- Cleaning and upkeep of different outside areas
- Maintenance of different Studios
- Must coordinate work with sub-contractors when necessary including obtaining quotes, approval and scheduling work.
- Responsible for cleaning and Vehicles on the property
- Various different projects that come up throughout the week.
Seasonal Work:
Setting up and tearing down summer furniture
open and close of different properties
setting up and tearing down Holiday Décor
Other responsibilities:
Errands around town that need to get done.
Alarms when necessary
Requirements:

2 years of handyman experience

Political Savvy and ability to think on your feet
