The Food & Beverage Supervisor is dedicated to ensuring an “experience of a lifetime” to guests and employees, while overseeing our front of house Food & Beverage Operations at the Osprey Fireside Grill.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist with the training, hiring, and developing, scheduling, reviewing and disciplinary actions for front of house F&B employees.
• Execute daily operations by opening and/ or closing the restaurant, including filling front – line employee positions as necessary, especially during non- peak periods.
• Lead and manage front of house Food & Beverage employees, as well as having a strong working relationship with the Chef and his/her team.
• Consistently follow the guidelines of our brand standards set through RockResorts.
• Create and maintain a productive, safe work environment.
• Ensure direct reports adhere to uniform standards and are both professional and productive throughout their shift.
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate professionally to staff and guests. Respond and engage with customer suggestions, complaints and recognition.
• Responsible for various administrative duties such as conducting inventory, nightly reports, as well as maintaining social media sites.
• Develop, adhere to, and role model the company’s mission, vision, and values.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• POS (IG) proficiency preferred
• 1 year supervisory experience- required
• 2 years previous server/bartending experience – required
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Certified in TIPS
• Fluent in English- requirement
