Food prep with Customer Service [East Bay (Walnut Creek)] - Full-time

Kikka sushi is looking for an energetic, hard working, dependable, team player that can provide
great customer service to our customers in the Lunardi Market located at:
1600 Palos Verde Mall, Walnut Creek, CA 94596.

We have a full time position available with medical, vacation and 401k with matching benefits.
We also provide a uniform, yearly shoe reimbursement and training. Possible opportunities for

In general the Team Member will make sushi in advance and made to order sushi per the
customer's request, prepare other Asian foods, prep food and clean while helping customers in
a fast paced environment.
Qualified candidates must be able to…
 Show great customer service skills
 Be comfortable working with and touching raw, meats, poultry, fish and shellfish
 Be familiar with sushi
 Be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
 Be able to stand for long periods of time, which includes up to 8 hours a day, with
designated break periods
 Be self-motivated and responsible
 Demonstrate good communication skills
 Work all Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
 Have flexible morning and evening availability
 Be eligible to work in the U.S.
 Be 18 years of age or older
 Working in quick service restaurants, supermarkets or fast paced retail environments
 Food handling experience and food handler certification
