Warehouse Associate

Overview

Responsible for systemic, accurate and timely movement of merchandise between all M&E Group retail outlets and warehouse; appropriate entry of such movements and shipments within our inventory and online systems; and fulfillment of orders placed through our online stores.

Responsibilities

• Timely fulfillment of orders placed through our online stores. Prepares all orders that are received via Opry Shop Online store for shipment, including but not limited to picking merchandise, preparing for shipment, applying shipping labels and the appropriate postage.
• Timely follow up with all customer communication, including emails and phone calls. Communicate any issues/returns to Retail Operations Manager.
• Utilize the computerized inventory management system (Net Suite) to maintain inventory accuracy, perform all transfers between locations accurately.
• Maintain monthly spreadsheets for online sales for wholesalers including Bluebird.
• Handles weekly damages sent from each retail location by accurately removing items from inventory management system (Net Suite).
• Assists with physical inventory preparations concerning back stock in retail storage areas and performs cycle counts.
• Discards waste/trash created from work (delivers broken down empty boxes to recycling bin, trash to dumpster)
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education:

• High school graduate or equivalent

Experience:

• Minimum of two years retail/stockroom experience preferred, basic computer skills required

Licenses/Certifications:

• Valid TN Drivers License and a satisfactory driving record.
