Coffee Truck Manager - Full-time

Responsibilities:Lead and motivate your Coffee Truck Crew Team!Serve customers coffee and other delicious beverages at various events and festivalsWork in field by leading set-up, tear down, and managing team goalsCreates and manages team schedules relative to staffing needsTrack inventory in truck and at warehouseManage the receiving and organizing of materialsDaily maintenance of various on board coffee and serving equipmentSome overnight travel to different communities in the province Qualifications - we are looking for a bright, smiley, professional Managers who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to get his/her hands dirty.Effective leadership skillsProfessionalism in customer serviceStrong organization and planning skillsSuperior verbal and written communicationStrongly developed problem solving skills to understand client and team business, needs, prioritiesStrong math skillsAbility to comfortably lift 40lbsFlexible work schedule and ability to travel for extended periods of timeComfortable driving a cargo van with a trailer for long distancesOver the age of 25 (insurance purposes)Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipmentMonitor vehicle performance and mechanical fitness.$600 / week, plus per diems when travelling overnight.Contract is Oct 9th - Dec 31*will need a clean driver's abstract and criminal record checkQualified applicants should send their resume to Chantal c.hunter@rhoddy.com for considerationDue to the volume of applicants received, only those selected for interviews will be contacted.Where Madness brings Genius to life!
