About this job

We currently have an immediate opening for Front of House Managers at the Largest Social Media Company in the world located in Menlo Park, CA.

As a representative for our company you will serve as an ambassador to our customers, you will be the frontline for customer service. You will serve as a host/hostess to customers and support kitchen staff by accommodating any special needs of guests. As a part of the management team you will manage FOH staff, including scheduling, performance feedback, uniforms, discipline, investigations and terminations and also inspect dining room serving stations and tables for cleanliness and neatness, restock supplies, set tables, bus tables, and expedite food levels at all food stations.

Education and Work Experience
  • High school diploma or GED/Hospitality Management Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in a food service operation and or customer service role

    Job Requirements:
  • At least 4 – 5 years of kitchen management experience in a high-volume full service restaurant
  • Culinary school background a plus
  • Strong organization and communication skills
