Rose & Associates a promotional marketing firm that specializes at in-store marketing campaigns. We are looking for Entry Level Brand Ambassadors to assist in marketing, sales, and customer service for large Fortune 100 & 500 Clients within local Big Box retail locations. Brand Ambassadors receive paid training on all marketing and sales strategies.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:
- Implementation of marketing plans, including product positioning, campaign strategies, and market strategy insights.
- Discovery of strategic business opportunities through cross function collaboration with sales, marketing, customer service, etc.
- Expand local brand awareness of promotions
- Provide product/service support in order to establish proper channels of information and communication.
- Responsible for branding, direct sales, trade shows, company events and promotional collateral
- Work with management on projects dealing with media relations, business communications, success stories

Requirements:
- College degree in sales, marketing, business, management or similar field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales, marketing, customer service, event or retail related settings are an asset. Internship experience and previous entry level experience will as be considered as working experience.
- Outstanding written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and planning skills
- Self-motivated and results driven
- Ability to work some nights and weekends for events and promotions
- Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to a schedule
- Enthusiastic about providing best possible customer service for clients and consumers
