The Director of Vendor Management for Home Services leads the strategic development of the Parts business including negotiations with OEM/Suppliers with focus on Pricing, Marketing Funding, Inventory Rebalancing, Return Privileges, Fulfillment Cycle Time and Quality.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serves as the leader representing Home Services in the development and implementation of critical supply chain initiatives involving existing suppliers and potential partnerships with Third Party providers and distributors.
- Provides leadership and management to all required supplier relationships necessary to support an overall strategy covering OEM/ Supplier, alternate sourcing and local sourcing for all business units of Home Services.
- Collaborates with organizational leaders to refine and implement the strategic plan with alignment to the business vision and mission.
- Monitors and reports on supplier performance/compliance and works with supplier to constantly improve on key metrics, and develops and maintains supplier scorecards for claims management, including core management
- Manages supplier performance to provide value-added solutions that are adaptable to changing business needs and provide for lowest total supply chain cost, including fulfillment, cost, sub-source inventory optimization, field support, alternative sourcing, orders management processes, transportation and technology.
- Develops a strategy and sustainable process to manage and maximize return on investment to Sears on all supplier relationships across the entire Supply Chain..
- Experience with Vendor Management process and software
- Superior presentation skills along with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Quantitative reasoning skills, including the ability to assimilate extensive amounts of detail data and see the big picture, providing actionable, influential recommendations
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills
