Guest Correspondence Phone Operator

You'll contribute to our mission by:

• Answering incoming calls, in a polite and timely manner, providing guests with required information or assistance
• Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of Six Flags Season Pass / Membership programs, and any other park specific programs as necessary
• Maintaining a positive working relationship with Guest Relations team members
• Responding to all forms of Guest Correspondence through Fresh Desk, Guest Service Recovery, and written inquires
• Completing varied clerical tasks as assigned by operations management

You'll do it with your:

• Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office and Windows OS are required Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety
• Superior phone etiquette
• Ability to interact in a professional and positive manner
• Analytical problem solving skill
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Sense of fun
• Friendly, outgoing personality and ability to address guest concerns
• Ability to read, speak, write, and understand the English language

• Willing to work in a high performance team environment
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Able to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, working at heights, etc.
• 18 years old or older
• Able to successfully complete pre-employment background and drug screenings
