The Sr. Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting Kidtopia and the Brand Experience Marketing team. This position will be responsible for helping to tell the brand story through resort activations, daily programming, and special events. The Sr. Coordinator will, under general direction, coordinate and execute family programming to enhance the in-resort guest experience.  Candidates must be able to balance a diverse set of responsibilities with strong communication, organization, and project management skills. Additionally, this individual will coordinate and distribute information to increase awareness of programs and events. The Sr. Coordinator will be expected to work closely with the Brand Experience Manager and Sr. Specialist to further develop the current season of programming through scheduling, ordering of supplies, and producing weekly Kidtopia reports.

 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Assist with execution of brand experience events, in support of overall strategic marketing plan
  • Work closely with children and families as a leader of daily Kidtopia programs
  • Assist in gathering and creating on-brand assets for digital and social media
  • Facilitate timely communication of operating information for programs and events
  • Manage and assist with onsite set up, activation, and tear down for events and programming of all sizes
  • Coordinate promotional material and signage distribution
  • Participates in planning meetings as well as site visits
  • Canvas event promotional materials
  • Manage collection of collateral, screen shots, and photos for post season ROI recaps
  • Assist with creation of post season ROI recaps
  • Be a brand advocate for Keystone and Kidtopia

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of resort operations, events, or marketing experience
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in operations, events, or marketing, preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with events or children’s outdoor/recreational activities
  • Four year college degree in marketing, communications, business or associated field, preferred
  • Self-starter, ambitious, and mutli-tasker
  • High degree of organization and attention to detail
  • Strong working knowledge of computers including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work with multiple operation groups in a high stress environment
  • Excellent English language and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and problem solve
  • Flexible work schedule based on program and event needs
  • Comfortable standing for long periods of time and working outdoors in a mountain environment
  • Valid Driver's License, clean driving record, and vehicle
